Summary
Sphere ERP incident report
It has been brought to our attention an issue affecting file uploads, storage and access. On further investigation, we have been made aware that the incident arose from an upgrade made by our service providers to the file storage servers.
We are currently in contact with the service providers to expedite a resolution.
Please note that this disruption only affects file storage. Operations on databases are fully functional
